Wood End Working Men's Club - Atherstone
A real community club on Tamworth Road with real ale, a warm welcome, and a 180-capacity function room ready for your next party, wedding or wake. Members and non-members are all welcome through our door.
About The Club
A Community Club With A Proper Local Feel
Wood End Working Men's Club has been the social heart of Wood End for generations. Behind our modest street front is a large, comfortable club room, a well-stocked bar, and a function room that regularly hosts the village's biggest celebrations.
We pour Morland Old Speckled Hen as our regular cask ale alongside rotating Greene King guest beers, run regular entertainment for members and their families, and keep the doors open to non-members too: join us and you'll soon see why people stay members for life.
